|
Events planniing and publicity is one of East King Cultural’s core businesses. Since the Suzuki Road Show in 2006, we have organized more than one hundred conferences, exhibitions and various activities for Suzuki and other enterprises.
When it comes to conference or exhibition, we call it events marketing in marketing science, and call it agenda events in communication. The organizers of events hope to publicize their products or services by interpersonal communication, corporate communication and mass communication provided by the events themselves. East King Cultural pays attention to events planning as well as its communication effects. All events we planned have received good recognition from both customers and the masses by media reports on the events.

Case Study: News Conference for Grand Vitara New Model Release in Changzhou |
News conference for Grand Vitara new model release, cosponsored by Suzuki China and East King Cultural, was held in Fudu Business Grand Hotel in Changzhou, Jiangsu province on September 9, 2008. Media participants included Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, 86 media and 123 reporters from all around China.
We arranged a vehicle exhibit in the lobby of the grand hotel for better communication effect. It was estimated that at least 30 persons except for media reporters consulted us about the new vehicle within one-day exhibition.
Test drive of Grand Vitara in the afternoon also welcomed by media reporters present at the news conference. 120 reporters from 83 domestic media participates the new car models test drive. The four Grand Vitara new cars were drove for an average of 15-20 times. Many reporters run to the obstacles for better image filming for Grand Vitara’s excellent performance of off-road trekking.

Case Study: Press Conference for Suzuki China Exhibiting in 2008 Beijing Auto Show |

Press conference for Suzuki China to exhibit in 2008 Beijing Auto Show was held in New International Exhibition Center W1 Hall on April 20, 2008. 144 media groups participated the event and released more than 110,000 characters of newspaper reports as well as 80 minutes of TV broadcasting. It was the first time for Suzuki news to be broadcasted by CCTV News Broadcast, first brand in China’s TV industry.
We made PPT for the media reports of the event, including participants, interviews, TV and newspaper reports and etc. We also presented PPT for press clippings and CD for TV reports./td>

Case Study: Care & Rehabilitation Expo China 2007 |
 Care & Rehabilitation Expo China 2007 was held in Beijing from May 4 to 7, 2007. Suzuki electric cars and wheelchairs were showcased in the exposition. Former government official Gu Xiulian visited Suzuki booth to talk with Suzuki officials who had come all the way from Japan head office. Suzuki accepted 22 media interviews, of which two TV stations, one radio station, seven websites and 11 newspapers and magazines reported on it. |

Case Study: Organizing Chinese Media to Report 2007 Tokyo Auto Show |
East King Cultural organized Chinese media to participate Tokyo Auto Show in October, 2007. We invited eight senior reporters from Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, Yangtze Evening Post, Southern City Daily, West China City Daily, Sina, Sohu to report the event from different aspects. Except the auto show, media reporters were also deeply impressed by other activities of Suzuki, especially JIMNY fans refitted car race. Ma Xiaoxu, the image representative of JIMNY was also present at the event as invited to get a better understanding of Suzuki’s corporate culture. The media tour further enhanced the cooperative relationship between Suzuki and key media in China. |

Case Study: Exhibit Publicity for Suzuki China 2007 Guangzhou Auto Show |
Guangzhou Auto Show was held on November 19, 2007. East King Cultural undertook the exhibit publicity and media public relations of Suzuki China.
Since Guangzhou Auto Show attract less attention from media, East King Cultural focused on in-depth reports on the event by media advantages. We selected 12 domestic top media which included three TV media, five internet media and four print media to exclusively interview Gain mound Fujio of Suzuki China, aiming to improve the quality of media reports.
It was estimated that reports about Suzuki booth were well over 10,000 characters from print and internet media, and 10-minute broadcast from TV media. |

Case Study: Auto Shanghai 2007 |
The Auto Shanghai 2007 was held in Shanghai International Exhibition Center from Friday, April 20 to Saturday, April 28, 2007. We invited 120 media groups to report Suzuki exhibit.
During the exhibition, 15 TV stations broadcasted related reports with a total of 84 minutes and 40 seconds, also 42,300 characters reports by 37 print media and 45500 characters reports on 7 websites. |

Case Study: Press Conference for Ma Xiaoxu JIMNY Endorsement |
National Women’s Football Team forward player, AFC Female Player of the year 2006, Ma Xiaoxu signed to endorse JIMNY on July 25, 2007. The press conference for Ma Xiaoxu’s endorsement was held in Kerry Center in Beijing. 97 reporters from 75 media were present at the press conference. Zhangbin, famous anchorperson for CCTV sports programs preside over the conference. The press conference received much attention from both auto media and sports media. Internet media, in particular, created hot discussions on the endorsement by its prompt and timely reports. |

Case Study: Drive JIMNY to Cheer for Ma Xiaoxu in Women’s World Cup |
East King Cultural planned the activity of Drive JIMNY to Cheer for Ma Xiaoxu in Women’s World Cup on September 20, 2007. Altogether over 400 auto fans from Beijing, Tianjin, Qinhuangdao, Baoding and other cities watched the female football match between China and New Zealand in Tianjin. 15 mainstream media were also invited to the activity. The event itself became a hot issue during the Women’s World Cup. Its publicity also attracted pubic attention to JIMNY Off-road Vehicle represented by AFC Female Player Ma Xiaoxu, which further improved brand awareness of Suzuki JIMNY. |

Case Study: 2006-2008 Suzuki Road Show |
Suzuki Road Show was officially launched by Suzuki Motor, Jinan Light Suzuki Motorcycle and East King Cultural on May 14, 2006.
The road show had traveled to 100 cities in 16 provinces and districts, with a total of nearly 100,000 kilometers from 2006 to 2008. It helped to promote sales by interactions with customers, display of Suzuki light vehicles, test drive and free inspection service. The road show also exhibited 5 original racing cars including GSX-R750 equipped with large displacement, which can best represent Suzuki’s advanced technical strength, thus greatly enhancing brand awareness of Suzuki Motorcycle. |
